How to Get Rid of Whiteheads

How to et rid of whiteheads? Whiteheads are hardened sebum trapped in the pores. They are not pimples so they shouldn't be squeezed out. Here are some tips to help you prevent and get rid of whiteheads.

Everybody wants that perfect skin without any blackheads, pimples or whiteheads, but it seems that sometimes, no matter what we do, we don't do it right.

Whiteheads are caused by hardened sebum and dead skin cells being built-up and causing pores to clog.

They appear mostly on the face around the eyes and cheeks as tiny, bumpy white spots.

They will clean your face and apply a steam bath to open up the pores, making it easier to extract the whiteheads.

The whiteheads will be taken out gently using a sterilized needle and pressure. Do not try to remove the whiteheads with needles on your own to avoid infections or scaring.

To prevent whiteheads from developing you should:

clean the face with facial cleansers which contain salicylic acid to banish breakouts and whiteheads
exfoliate the skin using a gentle face scrub to remove all dead skin cells that might clog the pores
hydrate the skin with moisturizer cream on a daily basis
